No. In order to place an order you must be registered and create an account with us.

Good question! There are several reasons, but first we want to assure you that registering your Mokko.es account does not imply subscription to any newsletter or distribution list. We do not carry out aggressive mailing or advertising campaigns and we will never call or bother you to sell you anything. We are a "Spam Free Web" store free of spam, we give you our word.

If you are a new customer:
We will create an account for you so you can easily place your order and track your orders.
If you have a discount code, we will check its validity before you make the payment so you don't get any surprises.

If you are already a customer:
Once you log in, you will be able to check your order history, track your new orders and download your invoices.

Are you new to Mokko.es? It's very easy to create your Mokko.es account: just click "My account" in the main menu and follow the instructions.

If you are already a Mokko.es customer, simply enter your email and password to log in and access your account quickly and easily in our online store.

Once identified, you will be able to access your user area where you can fully manage your profile, access useful information about your purchases and favorite products, and download your invoices.

If you don't remember your password, click here, enter your email address and press " Continue". An email will be sent to the provided email address with a link to reset your password.

You can also go to "My account" and click on the link just below the password field. Then, you can enter your email to receive an email with a direct link to set a new password, it's that simple!

It's very easy. You just have to access your account with your credentials. Once inside the panel of your account you must go to the option "Addresses"

Click on the "New address" button and fill in your new data

You can create as many addresses as you want.

You just have to go to the following link and request the cancellation of your account.

In Mokko we have several types of account:
Mokko account, intended for general users.
Mokko Join Club account, for stores, companies, clubs, events.

From 1 to 3. We have several account levels. Your account level will have greater discounts depending on the volume of purchases made during a period of time.

You can upgrade your account level to a higher level by making more purchases.

This happens because it is not your email, your account is temporarily restricted or permanently suspended due to the following cases:
1.- You have entered a wrong email or password.
2.- When registering you have not entered correctly or you have made a mistake in your email address.
3.- You have canceled an order.
4.- You have requested a refund or multiple refunds.
5.- You have created a dispute in PayPal.
6.- You have reversed the payment through the credit card holder and/or bank.

If you already have a Mokko Join Club account, all you have to do is log in and your discounts will be applied on the Shopping Cart and/or Checkout page.

You will get more extra discount if your purchase more.

In order to enjoy the benefits that we offer you as a member of Mokko Join Club, you must meet one of the following requirements:

Clubs and associations
• Be registered as a club / association.

Projects / Crowdfunding
• Website, link, dossier... of the project and prove that you are responsible or part of it.

Events / Tournaments
• Poster, brochure, announcement... of the event / tournament and be an accredited organizer of it.

Shops / Companies
• Registration in economic activities of the guild in your country.
