Our dice are manufactured using artisanal processes and in batches, which means that in some cases, slight variations may occur, which are part of the nature of personalized products. These variations are not defects, but rather normal characteristics of our production, and may include the following:

• Off-center engravings: Personalization engravings cannot always be perfectly symmetrical, due to semi-manual production and the technology used. There may be variations in the alignment of the engraved details on the dice faces.
• Die shape irregularities: Resin-made dice are especially likely to have slight irregularities in their shape. Resin manufacturing is a handcrafted process, and while we strive for the highest accuracy possible, there may be slight variations between dice in the same batch.
• Detail Peculiarities: Slight variations may occur in the number dots, engravings, or final paint on the dice details. Some minor variations may arise due to handling during the customization process. A halo or blurred effect may also be observed around the engraving (whether logo, dots, numbers, or icons) caused by the heat of the laser interacting with certain die materials. Additionally, small scratches or scuffs may appear, especially visible on gem-effect dice due to their shinier, more translucent finish. Paint applied to engravings may fade depending on the base color of the die, and lack of coverage may be observed, especially with lighter paint colors such as yellows, yellow-green, or oranges. In some cases, changes in the arrangement of numbers, logos, icons, or text may occur, which may differ from what is shown in the customizer, due to technical adjustments required during the production process.
• Variations in Element Arrangement: Numerical dots, numbers, logos, icons, or text may appear on different sides than those shown in the customizer, the product template, the order summary, or the confirmation email, due to technical adjustments required during the production process.
• Banding in Engravings: There may be slight variations in the intensity of the engravings, creating a visible banding effect in the die details, especially if the engraving process was done by hand.
• Variations in Thickness, Size, and Depth Engraving: Due to the use of different types of machinery in the production process, there may be visible differences in the thickness, size, or depth of the engravings, even within the same order and in repeats with the same design.
• Variation in die size and weight: In some cases, dies may vary in size and weight, which can vary up to ± 0.5 / 2 mm from one die to another. This does not affect their functionality, but is a characteristic of handcrafted production.
• Variations in Colors and Visual Effects: Although we work to ensure that the colors of the final product are as close as possible to what you see on your screen, differences in device calibration or lighting may cause variations in the color, marble, or transparency effects of the dice.
• Differences in Aesthetic Finish: Marble effects, transparency, and other finishes may vary, as the dice customization processes do not always allow full control over the final result.
• Differences between the customizer display and the final result: The preview generated on screen is for guidance only. The final result may differ from the display, as the actual production process depends on multiple technical factors, such as the type of material, line thickness, or engraving resolution. Although we try to faithfully reproduce the provided file, there may be variations in proportion, level of detail, or definition. We are not responsible for files that have excessively thin lines, illegible text, details that are too small, or elements that are too close together, as they may join together, get lost, or not be engraved correctly during production.

We understand that purchasing custom dice comes with very specific expectations. However, it's important for you to understand that the digital representations of the dice on our website, such as the 3D models in the customizer, are approximations and do not guarantee exact reproduction of colors, sizes, and details in the final product. The appearance of colors and details may vary depending on factors such as the screen you are viewing the dice on or the lighting conditions at the time of manufacture.

We strive to offer you custom dice of a certain quality, but we also want to be completely transparent about possible production results. We accept and acknowledge that there may be slight imperfections or variations in the dice, and therefore, we want you to know exactly what to expect from your order.
