Delivery times

How long does it take for your dice to arrive? We explain the process of your order.

The delivery date of your order will be indicated during the purchase process on the Checkout page where you can select the time you need. We will also notify you in the confirmation email of your order and it will always be available in your customer area.

By selecting your option on the Checkout page during the payment process you will be able to see the approximate delivery time for your order.

Delivery times are indicative and subject to change

The delivery time is determined by:
Receipt of payment + courtesy day + production time + shipping duration

1.- Receipt of payment: Normally it is done immediately. If it is by transfer it can take between 1/3 days.
2.- Courtesy day: 24 hours. Time margin that we provide you in case you need to change your design or order details.
3.- Production time: Approximate time in which we carry out your production depending on your selection or needs.
4.- Shipping duration: Depending on your area or country.

Our system organizes all orders according to the delivery time chosen by the customer in an entry queue. If you need your order faster, it's like trying to "cut in" on the queue: this requires us to rearrange resources and compensate others, which implies an extra cost.

On the other hand, if you decide to wait calmly for your turn (deadlines such as Comfort or Relax), you not only maintain the natural rhythm of production, but you also receive an additional discount as a reward for your patience.

How do delivery times work?

  • Comfort (±75 days): It's like waiting at the end of the line without rushing to get into the concert. It doesn't require any adjustments to production, which not only keeps costs down, but also includes an extra discount as a thank you for your patience.
  • Relax (±60 days): Here you move up the queue a bit, but still within a planned, relaxed pace. You also get an additional discount, as it doesn't significantly affect production flow.
  • Standard (±45 days): It represents the balance: a reasonable time frame for those who don't want to wait too long but don't need urgency either. No additional costs or discounts.
  • Express (±30 days): You start to "move up" in the queue. This requires adjustments to production, such as prioritizing your order, which increases the cost.
  • Urgent (±25 days): Here you need to get to the front of the queue quickly, which requires a considerable amount of reorganizing effort, further increasing the cost.
  • Priority (±10 days): This is like arriving and asking to go straight to the front of the queue, even if it means others have to give up their spot. It requires our team to put in overtime, night shifts, and extraordinary effort, so the cost is significantly higher.

Why are long lead times discounted?

By choosing a lead time like Comfort or Relax, you don't put any additional pressure on our team or on the planning of other orders. This allows us to:

  • Optimize production by organizing resources more efficiently.
  • Thank you for your patience with a discount on the cost of the order.

It's like at a concert: if you arrive early and decide to wait quietly in line, you not only benefit from the relaxed experience, but you can often access special promotions as a thank you for planning ahead.

What about urgent deadlines?

When you choose a short deadline, such as Urgent or Priority, the team must make important adjustments:

  • Reallocate resources so that your order is ready on time.
  • Compensate for orders that are delayed by giving priority to yours.
  • In cases such as Priority, work overtime or work at night, which increases the costs of costs.

You have the freedom to decide the time frame that best suits your needs:

  • If you are not in a hurry, the Comfort and Relax time frames reward you with an additional discount, like when you get to the concert line early and take advantage of promotions.
  • If you need urgency, the costs reflect the additional efforts to ensure that your order is ready on time.

This way we guarantee a flexible and fair system, where each customer gets the service that suits their priorities.

We mainly produce in blocks. This means that your order can be grouped with orders from other customers and if it fits and we can fit it with other orders with a shorter delivery time than yours, we will do so.

Don't worry because your order is being reviewed, we are preparing the files for the production process or is it in production queue.

Once this process is finished, it will go into production and you will have your dice ready within the production period you have selected in your order.

If you can't wait to have your dice by the production time you have selected you can change the production time to a faster one. This process will incur additional costs.

You will see the different delivery times that you can select depending on the number of dice you have in your shopping cart, thus ensuring that we can complete your order on the estimated delivery date.
