We love answering your questions! But there are some that we hear over and over again and we believe that the easiest way for both of us is to put them in writing to help you save time and money.

Please, read the following and if the answer you are looking for is not here, do not hesitate to contact us to solve it!

1. The dice

You can customize the faces you need, from one, two, three ... or all the faces. Always with the design and color you want.

You can find various sizes from 16mm to 20mm, with an engraving area of ±11x11mm and ±12.5x12.5mm

All our dice are made of acrylic or resin material, although we can also have it made of wood if you require it.
Wooden dice can only be engraved. They do not admit color in the details.

Yes. Only that the manufacturing is custom and requires you to buy a minimum quantity.

Yes. We can customize D4, D8, D10, D12, D20 ... polyhedral dies to one, two, three ... or all sides. For this you can fill out the form at the following link.

2. Customization

All our dice are engraved.

Yes. You can change the default color that displays on the dice.

You can choose between 20 colors from our palette that will be displayed in the menu that displays on the side you want to customize.

All our available models and colors of dice are exposed in our online store where you can choose them. We do not have a physical or virtual catalog.

You must have the individual design and file for each sidethat you want to customize.

The ideal format that we recommend is PNG in RGB, with a black color and a transparent background. Our customizer also supports JPG files in RGB.

Files with a maximum size of 2MB and a minimum of 128Kb and a maximum resolution of 1000x1000 pixels.

Remember that not all files are valid for engraving. They cannot be with very fine lines or very small texts. The engraving size is 10-11mm in total. The minimum thickness size will be about 0.5mm.

We recommend simple and clean icon designs with a transparent background.

Yes. You can add a text to your die design. You must generate and upload your text as a PNG or JPG file, just like an icon or logo.
At the moment we haven´t own gallery or bank of images or icons. All files and designs must be done by clients. You can find free icons, symbols, logos ... on specific websites for this.

No, it is not possible to upload a complete template.

You must individually upload each file corresponding to the personalized face.

3. Purchase / Budgets

From 1 unit, you can buy all the dice you want. There is no minimum required, except in some offers and promotions.

Yes, of course. You can add all the dice models you want to your purchase. It does not matter if they have the same or different design.

If you need a sample we give you the possibility to buy a unit with your design before placing your final order. We do not have a minimum required, except in some offers and promotions.

Yes. Our system automatically calculates your discount based on the number of dice you want to buy.

To get your best price as quickly and easily as possible through our website. You will be able to see the final price while you design your dice.

You just have to go to the page of the given model that you like the most, upload your JPG or PNG file on the face you want to customize, choose the color of the details from the color palette, select the quantity and production term.

Shipping costs depend on the number of dice you add to your purchase.

Yes. If you have a tournament or event, you are a store, club or association, you can have special discounts. You just have to prove it.

4. Time of production

10, 25, 30 or 45 days. You can choose between 4 production times. The production term is chosen by you on the dice model page according to your needs.

The delivery date of your order will be indicated during the purchase process, in the confirmation email of your order and will always be available in your client area.

The delivery time is determined by:
Receipt of payment + courtesy day + production time + shipping duration

1.- Receipt of payment: Normally it is done at the moment. If it is by transfer it may take between 1/3 days.
2.- Courtesy day: 24 hours. Time frame that we provide you in case you need to change your design or order details.
3.- Production time: 10, 25, 30 or 45 days. Approximate time in which we carry out your production depending on your selection or needs.
4.- Shipping duration: Depending on your area or country.

5. Orders

You can download or print your invoice by accessing your account in the section of your orders or directly in the order details once the status of your order is "Processed".

Click on the icon

You will be able to make changes to your order within the first 24 hours.

After this period of time, any change in your order may generate additional costs (+ 10%).

If your order is in production it will not be possible to make any changes.

Once you have placed an order it is not possible to add more dice to it. In this case, first of all, you should contact us through this link.

You must place a new order within 72 hours for shipping costs to be free. This way we can make a single shipment with all your orders and you will avoid costs.

The final production term of all orders will be adapted to the last order or the one that contains the production term with more days.

If you place another order before contacting us, shipping costs will be incurred.

You can advance the production deadlines once you have placed an order. You will only have to pay the proportional part that corresponds + 10% of expenses.

At the moment we haven´t the option to repeat a previous order.

If you want to repeat an order that you have already placed before, you will have to upload the files again and place a new order.

No. Your order must contain data with stock at the time of placing it.

Stock replacement dates are approximate and merely informative. In addition, the tones, effects and colors may vary without prior notice with respect to the model without stock shown on the web.

At this time it is not possible to place a single order with multiple shipping addresses.

In this case, you will need to place an order for each shipping address.

6. Shipping

The transit time of shipments depends on your country or area.

Shipments to mainland Spain have an approximate time period of 24/48 hours.

International shipments, depending on the country, have an approximate time period of between 4 to 9 days or 5 to 13 days.

The delivery date of your order will be indicated during the purchase process, in the confirmation email of your order and will always be available in your client area.

Shipping costs depend on the country or zone where your dice goes. The system will automatically calculate the amount based on the number of dice you add to your order.

You will be able to see the shipping costs on the shopping cart page once you add your dice to the shopping cart.

You will have the possibility to select the shipping method that best suits your needs.

SPAIN SHIPPING
You can change the shipping address of your order while it has not been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped it is not possible to change the shipping address.

To change the shipping address once your order has been shipped you must wait a margin of 24 hours from when we notify you that your order has already been shipped. Then you can contact the delegation of your area to specify the new delivery.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
You can change the shipping address of your order while it has not been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped it is not possible to change the shipping address.

If you have provided an incorrect delivery address or want to change the delivery address to a new one, you must wait for the agency to make the delivery attempt and not be received.

In this case, the order will be returned to our facilities within 25/35 days. Once we have received it, we will contact you to make a new shipment which will generate return costs and new shipment.

We ship to all countries in the world. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Orders are sent by parcel agency. We will provide you with your tracking number so that you know where your order is at all times.

We do not ship by Correos post.
